All Shed Pricing Includes

  • First Door

    Your first door, regardless of size (single or double), is included in the shed's base price. Single door sizes: 18", 24",  30", 32" or 36" wide. Double door sizes 3', 4', 5', & 6'. We can accommodate unique sizes too. Additional charge for more doors.

  • Onsite Installation

    All sheds are built on customer's property at no extra charge.

    Note: Possible upcharge of $200 if there is a long distance over 200 ft from street to shed location.

  • Composite Siding

    LP Smartside panels are engineered wood that provides superior protection against the Colorado elements of rain, hail, wind, sun, and moisture decay. 

  • Cement Block Foundation

    Sheds are leveled and elevated off the ground using 4"x8"x16" solid blocks to ensure the floor joists have a long life.

  • Gable Vents

    Vents located near the peak of each gable are  included to provide circulation.

  • Shingle Choices

    Onyx Black, Estate Gray, Driftwood, Brownwood, and Desert Tan

  • Engineered Wood Trim

    Engineered wood trim from LP Corp is excellent for enduring the Colorado elements. 

  • Premium Lumber

    Highest quality 2x4 lumber used along with 3/4" AdvanTech flooring instead of OSB particle board.

All sheds come in tan colored primer and ready for paint. You can paint yourself or I can paint your shed. Select a Benjamín Moore color by clicking the image.

$5.50 per sq ft

Example: 10' x 10' shed = 100 sq ft = $550 for paint.

 Windows

Windows are available in white, brown and black. Each window includes a screen and a bottom pane that opens.
