All Shed Pricing Includes

  • Windows

    Window size: 18" wide  x 27" tall.

        Sheds less than 80 sf - 1 window

        Sheds greater than 80 sf - 2 windows 

  • Single Door

    You choose the size: 18", 24", or 30" wide. Additional charge for double doors or more doors.

  • Onsite Installation

    All sheds are built on customer's property at no extra charge.

    Note: Possible upcharge of $200 if there is a long distance over 200 ft from street to shed location.

  • Composite Siding

    LP Smartside panels are engineered wood that provides superior protection against the Colorado elements of rain, hail, wind, sun, and moisture decay. 

  • FREE Accessory

    Write a Google Review and choose a wood ramp, loft, shelf, or bench.

  • Gable Vents

    Vents located near the peak of each gable are  included to provide circulation.

  • 5 Shingle Choices

    Onyx Black, Estate Gray, Brownwood, Driftwood, and Desert Tan

  • White PVC Trim

    Royal PVC Trim requires no maintenance, never needs paint, and will not rot. 

  • Premium Lumber

    Highest quality 2x4 lumber used along with 3/4" plywood flooring instead of OSB particle board.

Paint Colors

All sheds come in tan colored primer and ready for paint. You can paint yourself or I can paint your shed. Select a Benjamín Moore color by clicking the image.

$3.50 per sq ft

Example: 10' x 10' shed = 100 sq ft = $350 for paint.

More 18" x 27" Windows

Windows are available in white or brown. Each window includes a screen and a bottom pane that opens.

24" Deep Workbench

Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

  • $8 square foot

Note: Charge may be more if unique challenges are present such as a long distance from shed location to dump trailer, unusual materials, distance to dump, etc.

Payment Terms

  • 50% Down payment required when customer accepts shed design and build scheduled.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • ACH accepted.
  • Refunds can't be processed once build preparation work begins which is usually a few days prior to when the on-site build begins.
